No chatty Kathy's, no loudmouths, no haters, no people who talk too much about their own shit, no people who can't listen to other people's ideas or think they are God's gift to whatever they are obsessed with, nobody who can't keep from constantly burping as loud as humanly possible whenever they feel like it, no yelling "bitches & weiners" except by me. We are not looking for people with DSM experience. Knowing what things like a P28 is, how to tell OBD2-A from OBD2-B, why working on Nissan's suck so much, why not to mod a VW, how to make VTEC work on a car with no VTEC wiring and non-VTEC ECU, why you can't just wire an AFC into a 3G Eclipse, etc might be nice. They don't have to know a lot about this stuff, just be able to do the normal stuff correctly and very importantly cleanly and not ghettostyle, no shortcuts.
