Weird things is that if the key is turned on in the ignition, you can hear a clicking sound coming from the throttle body.

Anyone know what this is? My buddy is having a similar issue on his 1g... He is lost on it and I dont have time to help him right now. Plus, the car I am looking at buying has a similar issue as well. Any help would be appreciated.
