When a company has 6000 new customers in one year - and 1% are mad. Haw many people are mad?
When a company has 1000 new customers a year - and 1% are mad.
How many people are mad?
Which is easier to deal with?

Which company has a better success rate?

Honestly, I think you should stop trying to find an excuse on this game. There's been several companies that have been incredibly big companies and have taken care of their problems.
And to answer your question, its 60, 10, and the 60 should be easier to deal with b/c your a bigger comopany, more revenues, and should have better resources to handle your problems. Top of that, if its occurred before and hasn't been fixed, then that 1% will increase. Thus it would have been easier if you fixed it in the first place.

If they are mad with your customer service, failure.
If they are mad with product, maybe not failure but can be addressed to not cause mad customers because of poor customer service.
We had a motto at our old shop;
"We carry many items but only one product, service."
This was from a shop that serviced over 3/4 of the hydraulic repairs in Norway with no advertising money spent and only 3 people working the business.

Glad you can please everyone - if you think you can you are full of it.
I say "mad" in general - someone unhappy with product is usually also unhappy with the service - every 19 year old kit who cannot install a clutch correctly bashes us on the internet. Some people pay good money to hush up those people - I am not one of them!

Quiz!
Name the company:
Dozens upon dozens of bad reviews on the DSM forums.
Multiple repeat poor experiences by single customers.
The customer is always wrong.
It sure would be a fun poll on any DSM forum, eh? What DSM vendor would come on top of that poll?
Enough with the 1% sales figure bullshit. Not only do I continue to see bad reviews, I see REPEAT bad experiences posted by the SAME person. I have seen this with more than one person. There is no way the 1% figure is correct. No way.

but also you need to realize that the "shitload" of negative reviews have a "shitload" of duplicates as well, some even brought up in this thread. people get stuck on one bad experience, we have changed staff, and grown as a company. you people keep talking shit on our additudes but if you go back to the first page you notice we posted a greeting in an attempt to be friendly and helpful and all all we get is a piss poor additude from everyone on this thread. that makes me think that its not our additude at fault. have we egged it on a little bit in the past 12 pages... maybe, but for the most part it has all been in defense of the shit spewing from your cakeholes. please everyone make sure you got your boots on, the shit is getting deep.

Yes, and it is up to you to prove that the company has changed for the better now. It is not our responsibility to send our money and business to you just because you say it has changed. You need to prove it first.

I notice you deleted my point from that post. so I shall repeat it for you. It is very hard to try and rebuild/defend a reputation when we immediatley get bashed on for joining a forum. Maybe if some people were a little more open minded and a little less E-Badass this thread woulnt have turned into a "he said, she said, your opinion sucks" type shit talking festival.

People don't speak up enough when the transaction goes smooth.
Now Jet, it looks like your rather new as far as your "legit" business goes.
Take your current customer base, and multiply it by 300%. You think you will have 100% perfection? Even if you kept a very low number of complaints, as your business grows, complaints will too.

I know this, my parents have had their own business for 35 years and I grew up in it. The difference is, I will not say "99% customer satisfaction is good and I hope to keep it there. I will say 99% customer satisfaction isn't good enough and I am going to strive for 100%. If I don't see an improvement every year, then something is wrong.

Read a few books.
I do not like people mad at me, but 1% is not a bad ratio. There are companies that would kill to have it that good.

I will be the first one and maybe the only one on here to admit that I have bought parts from you in the past and never had any problems.
99% doesn't always cut it though. If 99% was good enough:
As many as 50 babies are dropped in hospitals every day.
There is no electric power for nearly 7 hours every month.
Every hour, at least 20,000 letters are lost in the mail.
Over 200,000 errors are made in medical prescriptions on an annual basis.
Every week, doctors botch up 5,000 surgeries.
Major airports report 2 incorrect landings every day.
