Karma is after me...
So this weekend while i was working on my car, i had dropped a 10mm socket in the engine bay, towards the bottom of the car.
I told my buddy steve to jack up my car and ill just quick go under it and get the socket. (the car is lowered so i couldnt just go under and grab it)
So he jacks up the car and i go under, i get over half my body under the car and start to reach for the socket and all of the sudden the car slams down on top of me.
Instantly i pause like "What the fuck just happened?!?!" and then im like "Umm. steve.. would you mind getting this car off of me?" He bends down with just a pale face (which is kinda hard to do for a black guy) and lifts the car up and i slide out from under it.
Luckly i was on my back and im skinny or else there would be no more tom.
After i got out, steve said "After the car dropped i looked down at your feet and they werent moving and said to myself OH SHIT I JUST KILLED TOM."
So i really think karma is after me, or else my car is.

God your car HATES you. It seems like every time I look on the forums theres ANOTHER thread about how your car has fucked up or otherwise tried to kill you. Tom. The GST is CURSED.

Get rid of that dsm now!! Good to hear you arent hurt though, that could have been bad. I always use way too many jacks then needed and shake the car once its up just in case.

I'm sorry, after reading that I just started fucking laughing. LOL, I can picture the guy standing there, with a goast white look on his face, and pondering if he should run first or steal some of your shit first.
Sorry, I'm tearing up bad on this one.
Glad you are ok and luck enough to post about it, even if some slapass like myself is getting goofy looks at work cause I'm trying to contain my laugh.

Re: Karma is after me...
I recently discovered that the jack stands that I use, were from walmart. I have not gone under my car since.

My jackstands are the most expensive set that Craftsman has available.
