oh sorry, i thought everyone knew. I had people calling me and just coming up to me about my car.
I was driving S169 and my g/f was like your car smells funny and i figured it was just my tools or parts, that and my car usually does smell a little. Well we turn on to 81 and i was like yeah, it smells like somethings burning, so i am staring at the hood looking for smoke looking for some lights on the dash nothing, then i turn into the lot and i pop the hood tons of smoke from the drivers side.
I stop right by LSE and there is a little flame right over the O2 sensor, so i run over and calmly say "hey do u have a fire extinguisher, my car is on fire, well josh & the guys look at me and go yeah man your car's on fire
, whats up?
Then i am like, no my is on fire I NEED a fire extinguisher my car IS on fire
, so shrep grabs one and covers the front half of my motor in powder crap and put the fire out (thx man). At first speculation was oil feed line or turbo grenaded, but i told them about occasionally having trouble with the dipstick and that turns out what it was, so we crushed the dipstick pipe and all is well, even at 18psi, (thats just a spike, i got the BS set to about 10 now)
