First of all, get a new CV shaft in their since your current one is damaged. Also, get all 4 wheels balanced (this should be a regular maintenance item for everyone). Check your studs too to make sure they are seated/installed properly. Hell, might as well get your car aligned too (another regular maintenance item that is often neglected).
