Heh I have no idea why its blue. Marketing gimmick I guess? Not a green or a red...cool thing is, once the intake pipe is on you cannot tell its not a stock turbo. FP puts little plates on the outsides of theirs, this one just says TD05HR-16G6C-10.5T, just like the one I have on the car. So therefore its just a 16g right?

heh good deal, do it! The lack of machining on the housings might be a giveaway though, you might wanna take some sandpaper to the scrolls to make it look right

Did you send in your turbo or is it a core replacement thing? Because I know you ported yours a bit, at least to match the manifold. I hope you had them enlarge your ported one.

This is a 100% brand new OEM mitsubishi turbo converted into a BBK. Mine will be going up for sale once its off the car.

Heh well you were so sure adding some bigger intercoolers would school me during some testing and comparing on the spring cruise, but you forgot that my car has some room to grow too

Ehh, on race gas my turbo's have gone 472hp/511TQ (Mustang), more than anybody has done with a BBK.
