heres my setup for the new 240:
turbo: something near a 50 trim maybe a 46
manifold: i gotta ask mike if he can weld and port this for me but its just a manifold thats in pieces really.

wastegate: im thinking tial or delta with a .5 pound spring
safc: needed for fuel
fuel pump: going with the 255 unless i can find a 190
injectors: 440cc DSM injectors will work im pretty sure??
misc. piping, filter, boost gauge and BOV(1g or 2g anyone have one let me know please)
now your turn, please tell me why i shouldnt get this big of a turbo only running 7 PSI and mike just for you, please tell me how much it would be to weld the manifold
