Well, things are coming along very nicely on my car. I should be able to drive it to the cookout on Sunday.

The bottom end has fresh bearings even though the originals looked fine. The cylinders were rehoned slightly larger than before and new pistons put in. The head was welded up and decked (a lot!!). My lumpy cams (crower 415's) are in and the fidanza cam gears on. Thanks Mike for the help with the engine!

I got a big ass FMIC for it and I am making 3" IC piping for it. I am running the stock intake manifold until mine are completed. Same turbo as before (SCM61 with T04S cover). I also put in a twin disk clutch this year. I spent WAY too much time detailing and painting the engine bay. The pic's don't do the engine bay justice.

The bottom pic is a stock 1g SMIC on top of the FMIC.

still no engine in the hole!! I might just have to come out there if a couple projects get completed ( to the cookout that is). I wasn't going to go since mine wont be ready, but I'd still like to see cars that I've been waiting for a long time to see.

Looks good so far jet ;)

Looking good. Got my car put together this afternoon. Should be doing the initial test start up tomarrow.

Put the oil and Coolant in tonight. So that it can sit overnight, hopefully there won't be any puddles on the ground in the morning.

Looks sweet man. Everything looks nice and clean. But I would like to mention that I love your fmic. Kinda reminds me of mine ;)

Is yours 4" thick Brandon? The core on mine is 12"x24"x4". I am trying it out for a possible kit in the future. We'll see how it holds up!

mine is 12x24x3 with 3" inlet/outlets. But I have reducers on there because I'm not anywhere near a point where I'd need 3' piping, so I just have 3 - 2.5 reducer couplers on there.
