Congratulations. Good friend to do that for Jet! With all that leaving town shit, he still managed to make progress on his car!!! Even though hes what? 6 hours away from his dsm? lol.
Is it going to make it to the track?

Good job. Sounds like time for a real fuel system. A1000.

Bahh that fuel system when working properly will support plenty of power to max out that turbo. Something is just not right with it, I am going to get a new fuel filter here in a minute. And if that doesn't do it then I am sure its something with the fuel pump most likely.

I dunno, I've seen the exact same thing with my buddy's 2.4/60-1. After he got up past 470ish his 255 just wouldn't cut it. That's a bunch of fuel to demand from a fuel pump @ 70+psi. An A1000 and new lines to/from the tank and no more problems. Even with a single A1000, I've never been able to get much more than 600ish to the wheels @ 70+psi with a boosted combination. Somewhere around that area I use dual pumps. If you can keep the pressure down then there's plenty left in that pump.

Yeah that pump should run out of gas around 600hp or so, there has been a few people that have gotten a tab bit more out of it. I agree a A1000 setup would be a lot better and safer though.

I just got back from getting a new filter for it, when JET gets home we are going to try that out and see if the pressure stays up where its supposed to.

Does that AEM setup have a wideband?
