God forbid a state to attempt to take care of a problem when the federal government fails to do so. Americans are dying and we're prohibited from certain areas of our own country already!

They keep saying it's up to the federal government to establish immgration policy. Last time I checked there's a law that establishes the policies, the real problem is that they won't enforce those policies.

I think it's very odd that the government has decided it has the right to to monitor the electronic devices of citizens (employees) but not round up illegal aliens. One may potentially doing something illegal, the other is actually without a doubt living his life illegally!
