At what point will this be viewed (nationally) as a mexican invasion rather than people fleeing their country?

It already is by the majority of citizens, but the politicians and media are doing their best to hide that fact in fear of being called racist.

If only all the other states would grow a pair. Obama Inc. can't win against all 50 states.

Haven't found a link yet, but Fox news is reporting that Mexico (yes the country) is filing a law suit against the state of Arizona over their new immigration law.
Edit:
Found something about it:

Further proof they encourage boarder jumping so more American dollars can be sent down there to support their shithole ghettos...
I don't see how this is any of Mexico's concern and how they could have any legal standing on this issue. So it's now two federal governments vs. one state. I hope more states start to take a stand with AZ and push back.

CA is the laughing stock of the nation:

Basically the vibe I get is they're boycotting AZ...until it makes their lives a bit more difficult. Fine by me of they end up finding another contractor though since it's based in TX while the other two are in AZ. This boycott is seriously the stupidest idea ever and will solve/prove nothing other than CA's ignorance. I hope in turn it costs then millions in extra expenses. If nothing else, think of all the time they're wasting on this while the state practically crumbles around them :D

 We'll boycott you on all of those, but we'll keep going with these!!
Yeah, let's pick and choose our boycotts.

Now even the federal government is supporting these ludicrous "boycotts" of AZ. Tactics like this are going to do nothing but cause civil unrest and cause further rebellion against the federal government. Will AZ beat TX to succession?
November 2010 and 2012 are going to be great months.
