The federal government isn't the boss over local agencies.

When there is an active investigation into human right violations by the Department of justice, yes it is. They call it Obstruction of Justice.

Really doesnt matter what you call it. What does matter is what the government calls it. And if they call it a Human Rights violation or profiling that sheriffs department is in trouble.

Yup, that's why I have a problem with it. The government has more to worry about that local sherriff depts. If there is a problem, it should first be handled on the state level. With that said, I say the guy is a national hero and should continue on with the battle.

This is the very problem with our country right now. The mindset of what the government says is the gospel is only going to lead us further down the dark path of despair. Common sense needs to overcome the political righteousness.

It's the same old crap, two steps towards what they want, one step back when somebody points out what they're trying to do. Over and over again until they get what they want.

Obama wants and needs the Mexican/Latino vote. Look at the time-line for all this crap, we are close to the 90 day mark before the November mid-terms.
