About how many people do you expect at this event. I would cap the racers at some point so people don't get pissed off they will pay $35 for 1 pass.
How is it going to be formatted? Timetrials and a quick 16? Bracket racing?
Any trophies being given away?

Crap, my high school reunion is that weekend in Duluth. I doubt if I'd be there.
Can I use your call to race JET since you will not be in town?:)

Still working out the details. We have no idea what to expect in regards to numbers of cars, but I will talk with RF and see what kind of cap should be set. We are open to ideas!

I sould say cap it to 150-200 racers.
Yeah, we tried to do the MNshowdown a while back we decided on 150 max racers. After that you start to get too many cars.
