BBQ and some dyno action would be fun.

Ya better decide something fast! The sunday is coming up! Perhaps a from dig action nearby? Otherwise, I've got wakeboarding to do!

Well this was a real bummer since nothing at all happened.

That's a pretty good idea and may save your Rep some, appease the masses :D

I definitely thought about it, it's just hard with all the AWD guys that would want to dyno you know? In any case this was definitely a bummer, and I want to apologize again. We may have some ideas up our sleeve in the near future though ;)

Has anyone ever tried organizing anything with CF or Tri-State? After the Midwest Mayhem failure a few years ago and now the bad luck with the Proving Grounds, maybe it's time to move to a new location?

Do you think TC people would be willing to travel that far out for such an event? I know we would make the haul (we will be down there on the 22nd), but I would think attendance would be hindered significantly by distance alone...

I don't see why not. AJ and some others used to come down to Tri-State quite a bit 5-6 years ago. Iowa has a couple real strong GTP and Thunderchicken groups so they could be potential co-sponsors. Another potential co-sponsor is the DragSource group from Des Moines but I don't know if they ever got their shit back together after they had a falling out a year or two ago.

If you plan it, they will come...

The Import vs Domestic Shootout organized by MIAC at CF wasn't a huge success.
