exhaust flame
Ok I have a 90 GSX and I was wondering how do people get the flames out of the tailpipe. Like on "2Fast 2Furious". I know there just movies but still it has to be possible. And is there a way to do it without having to push a button for it. Any responses are welcome.

Re: exhaust flame
This is not a tech thread and honestly why???
If it's happening on it's own you've got some issues.

Re: exhaust flame
If you wanna shoot flames when you let off you need spark, if you wanna shoot flames whenever you want, you need that spark and supplied fuel... You could ghetto rig for pretty cheap but would have to know what your doing... think spark, fuel, oxygen=fire, and its fairly straight foreward...

There is also that misfiring system, where it does the explained above to keep your turbo spooling between shifts. Not trying to encourage him lol

Re: exhaust flame
Get some lumpy cams that barely fit in your head and full through exhaust about 5" with the last 2 feet or so about 1.5" and go to town.

Care to explain how that is going to result in flames shooting out the exhaust?

Re: exhaust flame
disconnect the bypass valves return hose to the intake, and stab the gas a bunch.... off the rev limit and all other sorts of random stupid shit you can think off, should back fire and shoot flames some...

Re: exhaust flame
Mine did it at the dyno when it hit the rev limiter in 4th at around 145. That is a 2g though.
