Nhra Rules Changes

Seems that for some reason the Eclipse body style is not allowed to run in any of the major NHRA Sport Compact classes and the Talon body can't run the HotRod class. So as of now one of Magnus' cars, the green fwd Talon that they were building to run in the Hot Rod class can't run and Rau can't run his Eclipse in Modified.

Brent will just have to order a front end from Bushnut's supplier and throw some Talon altezzas in the back and he'd be set. He'd have the only 99 Talon in existence.

I guess a few people complaining can change things quickly. The Talon has been added to Hot Rod class the Eclipse body is allowed in all classes now.
