New Car-New Things

This is going to be the longest project thread ever...I mean in the time it takes me to get anything but it will happen slowly but surely, I hope!! But here are pics of the car and what I recently did to it. Plans are pretty much cosmetic, everything I wanted to do performance wise is done already but I might add more who knows. Car also has 64,000 original miles on it (just thought I would throw that in there )

Mod lists:

Since the car is an auto I switched the turbo out from the
13g to a 14b from a manual car and put 550cc injectors in it. The turbo has been
ported too. Hallman MBC installed and running about 14 lbs. of boost. There is a 3"
turbo back exhaust on it with a Magnaflow muffler on it with sounds nice and deep.
Also the upper intercooler has been changed to a hard one.

Plans:

Possible tints
Different rims
The silver lowers like I had on my other 91'
HIDs...maybe

and thats all I can think of anything else you guys can think of or any other pics you guys want me to take of the car let me know

You said you might get some some new wheels. Let me know if/when you would want to sell the one's on the car now. I'd be interested in them! Clean though! You'll have fun with her!

Re: New Car-New Things

very nice pick man. Give us some engine and interior pics. Get tints and lower it. What kind of rims were you thinking about? Those rims look like Evo 9 rims....?

Re: New Car-New Things

Haha it was just a thought and I don't know what kinda rims I will get but when and if I do I'll put these up for sale and yes they are EVO 9's. I will be getting tints soon was thinking of lowering but we will see and I am now thinking of converting it a 5 speed...have no idea the kind of labor that goes into it, what it would cost me, what I have to get to do the switch, what I have to take off/move/leave on let me know or if you know of a thread I could look at or if you know someone that could do it. Thanks guys

Re: New Car-New Things

OMG, do not, I repeat do not swap this car, turn around and put it on the national forums and pick up a 5 spd.

You should be able to make $$$ on it too, There are plenty of 5 spds for sale around teh way including mine. But since it looks like you are willing to travel I wouldn't hack this car up because you want a 5 spd.

Re: New Car-New Things

I was just wondering but I think I'm going to save up and get like a 5-6 speed muscle car for summer, I'm still not sure yet ha but I more than likely won't do the swap...so don't worry guys hah but any other suggestions on what to do let me know.

Re: New Car-New Things

So if you're buying a summer car, i'm under the assumption that this will be a winter vehicle? That's messed up if that's the case.
