Made a sweet purchase!

I have been real busy and not on here as much as I usually am and just thought I would let everyone know that I got engaged a few months ago and just bought a house last week. It is up north more compared to most of you but it is in northern Elk River/Southern Zimmerman. It was a forclosure and took for ever to actually move in but all went well. It is 2310 sq ft with 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, wet bar, and is a 4 level side by side. It also has an attached 2 car and the best part, a detached 26x30 shop on 4 acres. It is all ready to be heated and is even piped and wired for one but I have some work to do before I move stuff in there.

So far since last Thursday I have put in all new wood floors in the kitchen, dining room and entry way. I also just got done putting new tile in the upper bath and am now installing new carpet in the entire up stairs. I have photos and will get them posted sometime once I actually get the net at my house hooked up.

I will update with renovations as I go and there will be plenty of them.
