It is sweet looking. I remember at the shootout the ass-hole buschur running a quicker time, and laughing about it. I also remember AMS snapping the driver's front axle on that car, so they sourced it from their white car that had issues, and still couldn't get there. I'm glad they turned up the wick and beat Buschur. They are the better company. Period.

There must be some reason someone came up with the name "Buschnuts".

That is indeed fast.

Swifty you need to calm down man! Dave Buschur's a decent guy, and while Buschur and AMS are competitors, they are also friends. They all go out drinking together whenever they can. There is about as much angst between them as there is between you and me

I kinda feel bad for Buschur, First with the Drag talon going back and forth with Rau for the fastest eclipse, now going up against AMS for the fastest evo.
On second thought i dont feel bad for him as he as held two world records. LOL Lucky Bastard.

If they only got 1 pass in, the record would never hold. In the big league's (NHRA), you have to make another pass and be within so many percent of your record breaker timeslip.

Yeah, that car is amazing. I love some of the older vids of that car on the highway just terrorizing some other high HP machines.

I am sure he was on the 2 step building boost. I have done that too, it is cool as hell against a slow car. I went by a civic doing about 40 mph faster than him about the 1000' mark That car is sick though, and the paint job has always been one of my favorites as I like the WWII fighters.
