I give it gas, it boggs down

Ok so i new i needed a new alternator so i drove out to my buddys house and installed a new alternator. When i drove out there i had no problem at all. After done installing the alternator my battery light went off. Everything seemed to be ok. Well when i started taking off my car would bogg down like it was not getting gas. NOw when i start it up it will bogg down and will not pick up rpms. Then it kinda sounds like its farting and a little black smoke will come out. I tested my compression and checked my turbo to make sure its not locked up, and i got perfect compression and no oil in turbo. I also checked my spark plugs and wires. All good. So i have no clue on what is going on now. I just had a 6bolt installed and really have not had to many major issues untill now. Any clue as to what is going on would be really helpfull.
