Re: ecu+ vs. dsmlink

Isn't ECU+ just a really fancy SAFC/ITC?

Re: ecu+ vs. dsmlink

I want to get dsmlink or ecu+ becuase they are both pretty simple to work with. ecu+ can suposably do just as much and more than dsmlink. It's all plug and play, so i wouldnt have to solder anything. I really like dsmlink because it's so easy and so popular. But i just wanted some first hand opinons.

Re: ecu+ vs. dsmlink

DSMLink does everything inside the ECU. ECU+ is an intercepter system, which will never be as good as the way DSMLink does it, no matter how many features it has. Both can do fuel and timing changes, but doing it in the stock ECU is always better that using something that fools or works around the ECU.
