In my DSM, Down shift to second instead of third.
In outher cars. The dumbest thing I ever did to a car was, take a vice-grip to the rear brake line and crimp them off, and remove the rear brakes on a Tempo, that I couldn’t afford to fix.
And put "Great stuff" expanding foam in a rust hole, and paint it.

Great Stuff is the shyt! The dumbest thing I have ever done, hasnt happened yet. It will be to drive the gsx as a daily driver. Today, I was under it, dropping the exhaust, and I saw all the back end was rusted. Not rusted THROUGH, but noticable surface. Damn car came from CT. So, when the tranny is done, and the body is done, I will take it to a lift, and blast all the rust I can, get some rust inhibitor stuff, coat the underside with that, then some under coat stuff, like bed liner. Hopefully it will help the car out. Driving it like it is, would be DUMB, lol. (Oh, and I let a friend ride my chopper, and he laid it down)

Install a stereo system in my old Grand Am worth more than the car then make a spur-of-the-moment decision to sell it for a huge loss.

Oh god, even worse. I would trust Ron over them. It's not like there are really that many guys out there locally who know a lot about modding different kinds of cars. The most knowledgable Honda guys out there locally have their own things going. Did Propulshun get the dyno?

Nope. They're buying a newer, nicer one. AWD. Ron is gone, and so are the rollers.
They're hiring some outside help from has been shops...

I bought an 88 civic hatchback,
I bought a 95 looks like a 98 mits eclipse GSX,
I bought a 91 Pontiac Sunbird,
I bought a 90 mits eclipse GSX,
and broke them all and many others.

I knew about QPR but tried to fix my own car myself.
I didn't whip out the biggest credit card I could find it and give it to QPR.
------------------------------------
I raced people for no reason at all in above cars at stupid times and in minivans owned by my parents.
------------------------------------
I still believe I can own a car that won't break.

Are you sure about RS Motors being gone? I called them today and they were still there and said they had an AWD dyno.

I did something like what Raptor did. In high school, the fuse popped for the brake lights on my 73 Valiant. Being the cheap ass that I was, I wrapped the fuse in tinfoil instead of spending the $1 to buy new ones. It held for quite a while until I was a block away from home and I got smoked out of the car. The headlights dimmed, smoke started rolling out from under the dash and I could see 3 wires glowing red thru the thick smoke. I spent about 7 hours or so the next day rewiring almost the entire car all the way back to the brake lights. DOHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted a loud ricey muffler for my Neon(yes I said Neon) back in the day, but I couldn't afford it. So I took my drill and a big UniBit and drilled four holes into the muffler to make it loud.
