I already replied, but whatever, I'll reply again. I would take a Lexus IS300 if I were to stay here.
But if by chance I were to move to another country, (like Austrailia, Great Britain, or New Zealand) I would have to take an S15 Silvia Ks. A Skyline would be nice, but I doubt I could afford one.

price no object? either a Koenigsegg (pic attached) or a Tommy K. ZZ2
.29 drag co-ef, CF moncoque body, 655hp SC 4.7L V8, 1.3 lateral Gs, 242mph top speed, 2574lbs dry......yeah, i could live with that
more realistic? a clean 510 coupe with an rb26 in it.....maybe someday

Slower than a rusty Honda

A brand new Corvette, or 69 Yenco Camaro or a Mclaren F1
um anything but a 2.4 3g

If I were to start over again on moddin' cars, I would probably get a C5 corvette and throw twin turbo's on it. I don't know if I could live without AWD though, might have to go with an EVO VIII RS. A used 911 TT would also be an option.

In the real world:
Supra - a retard could make 800whp with one of them and they often do.
DSM - love/hate relationship. Best group of people online and to hang out with. Easy to work on, best bang for buck, one of the best motors ever.
EVO - AWD, 4G63, has mods and it's a strong.
turbo Mustang - displacement + turbo?!?!
turbo SC300 - Supra with a sleeper body.
4G63 Colt/Mirage - 500whp with an ugly 2200lb fwd car?
In the dream world:
Skyline GTR - AWD, ok sized motor, high revs, but $$$
NSX Turbo - If it had 800whp then maybe, but too much $$$
Not worth the effort:
300ZX TT: I love the way it looks, but they suck for working on. The 300ZX community is half retarded and it can't compared to a Supra for potential for the $$$.
S2000: Straight up lame. I think Ambercrobie and Finch poster boy Cher likes them, enough said.
3000GT VR4: No comment.
Camaro/Firebird: I don't have enough hair to grow a mullet and even though the motor is huge, I don't think I want to try to change fouled plugs in those back cylinders.
C5: Never liked the styling. It's some good shit, but it isn't for me.
Viper: V10 sounds like ass. Too much $$$ and lack of power for something that fucking huge.
SR20DET 240SX: I don't drift and someone else makes a much better motor called the 4G63. I like how they look, maybe if I swapped in a 2JZ or RB26 then it might be worthy.
WRX: Crap. Weak everything. Online community of dumbasses.
WRX STi: Nice stock. Modded crap with no aftermarket. Stronger tranny but still weak. Weak motor. Rare 2.5l motor not used elsewhere so lack of aftermarket. Crappy drive-by-wire. $1300 cams? Too hard to work on.
RX7: I already have enough problems. I don't want to deal with rotaries yet.
Most Hondas/Acuras: Why?
350Z: Nope.
Any VW: Please shoot me if I ever buy one even for a daily driver.
Drunk rant off...

I have now decided that I no longer want a WRX, been reading about em and they just don't seem very strong from what I read. So now I guess I changed my mind to a 2.4 2g. But that's only if we're talking practical.
