key is going to be saving money during the few years he is doing this down there...
Hell you never know, maybe he will find other work down there which will pay more and he will start his new better life down there which he would not have an oportunity to do so if he hasn't given this a shot!
The biggest thing i regret right now is having a lot of debt that can't cover itself. hopefully that will soon change.. reason why? well because if i am dependent on having a job, you are tied down just like a dog, and do not get to learn much more or meet new people or expand your experience, resume!
