Update:

BRE 1250 and MerlinX 4500 intake installed.

Damn fogger swap to the new intake was a pain in the ass.

Going to replace a few of the fogger lines that I had to, umm,... "tweak" a little to get installed for the time being.

I really like this BRE carb, seems to run cleaner at idle and has a snappy throttle response.

I'll give an update on the performance gains, good or bad, next time I can get to the track with it.
