They've improved a lot, I think the C5's we're seeing 50whp from long tubes. How far the factory has come.

You still have some shops claiming these crazy numbers too. For example, ARH claims +21/+29 for these mid-lengths w/o tuning; basically, you can cut those claims in half to arrive at something realistic. Very few header brands seem to actually do real R&D, they just quick slap some pipes together, make it fit, and call it the best. TSP and LG seem to be the exception to that though by testing out multiple designs, diameters, etc. MAP is still the only company that I've seen any C7 flowbench data from (which they performed during our ported manifold testing).
