what youve pictured is that the turbo water feed system is capped off. why? the holsets don't use water jackets.

this will have no bearing on the problems you're having whatsoever.

We were talking about what could be a reason for my coolant temps being so high.

And I mentioned that water pipe being welded shut at the end. And that's where we are at now in the discussion of how would that even work?
