Think about it for a second. You opened up the exhaust system, turned up boost, and added more fuel, without any way to compensate for any of it or to see what your ecu is reading. How would you expect it to run?

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but you need to have some way to tune your car before doing anything major with fuel, let alone turning up boost. you need to get a wideband and either dsmlink or some other way to log and tune. And keep the BOV recirculated, that's only adding to the problem, your friend is right.

yes i know its harsh but like i said my last one was built the same just had a eprom. even when i had it completly stock at 8-10psi with stock exhaust it still did the :cut out: just happened at a different rpm. i know what fuel cut is like i had it happen with my last dsm when it boost creaped. all i know it my car cuts out fully and sounds like my fuel pump relay clicks on and off...ill see if i can post a video
