transmission/transfer case broken. need some help

To bad your in cali. I would come over and help ya. Have you drained the fluid on either of them yet?

haha, i know. thanks though man. I drained the tranny fluid, had allot of metallic flakes in it, burnt as hell, and a few little chunks lolz. the transfer case looks like new, input/output shafts looks fine.

Should the tcase spin easily by hand? because i cant turn it at all.

Metal chunks came out with the trans fluid?

And yes you should be able to spin the transfer case easily, just stick your thumb into the input it should spin.

Yeah, I seen a few chunks lol. transfer case is good though.

I'm pickin up a trany/t case in a couple hours.
