Re: Mmmm you tease me so good!!!

Did I miss it on the site, what is an estimated price on these turbo's? I'm assuming around the FP prices.

Is there a chance that us locals can some see you guys machining, balancing and assembling these bad boys? I want to see a 5 axis CNC mill in action.

Re: Mmmm you tease me so good!!!

At this time we are just so busy it would be hard to get people in to take a look, we are having videos made to show the process, if there is something specific you would like to see let me know and I will put it in motion!

Maybe down the road if there is enough interest we can host some sort of open house!

I want to see the billet wheels being machined. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's a bit skeptical that you have a 5 axis mill in house. For my own piece of mind I want proof that they're MADE by you guys and not just built by MAP.

There will be videos being released soon showing the actual machining process throughout the turbo. I can fully assure you that we do have an in house 5 axis, I know pictures of it have been posted somewhere, just cant find them right now.

To show that we are actually making things in house:

Here was the first released video on our comp covers with the CNC lathe

Edit: If you where to check out the turbo site it has pictures of the CnC machines up now!

Picture of said vertical mill:

The initial batch of compressor wheels we got were outsourced (still made in the USA) but we hope to bring that portion of the program in house in the near future as well
