The sole purpose for moly lube is to ensure an accurate torquewhen turning the nut down. There is no possible benefit from putting it in the holes. As long as the holes are clean, loctite may or may not be used, the big goal is to ensure the stud isn't moving during the torque sequence. I personally don't use loctite in the threads because it is enough of a PITA to get the studs out if you need to, loctite seems to not be needed. The only ones I have ever seen working their way out were molly lubed on the bottom.
