Not sure if I am going or not but this from the rules make me LOL:

-ALL ROTARIES MUST RUN A MUFFLER OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN.

I wonder if that is directed towards a pair of rotary powered Starlets we are all familiar with...
