Arizona quietly passes another
Another kick in the balls to liberals that is;
http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepu...apons-law.html
As of today if you are at least 21 and can legally own a firearm you can now open carry pretty much anywhere statewide. On another note, I like their style. Pass a bill to make a ruckuss, then pass another while the haters aren't looking.

Hmmm, I don't like the immigration law, but I am pleased with the carry law. As far as I am concerned they are making up for the last mistake. I have a feeling it won't just skirt by without trouble though.

It passed in April and took effect today.
This one is going to be hard for the Feds or future state leaders to get rid off

Oh wow, I assumed it was just passed today. I'm impressed it slipped by so easily. Unlike the immigration law this one should fall clearly and squarely under state jurisdiction so I can't imagine the feds will have much luck interfering. They will probably try though.

Arizona has always been pretty open as far as guns go from what I remember when I lived there. You could purchase lots of badass guns there.

Why is this law supposed to be a big deal? MN has had this for quite some time without issue.

Re: Arizona quietly passes another
All states should have this. Ok to carry, but don't get caught using it in a crime. Also, you got a criminal record, your rights to carry go out the window for ever.

MN does not and most likely will not ever have a law like this

This law allows you to carry without a permit. The article mentions that Arizona joins Alaska and Vermont as the only states to allow concealed weapons without a permit.

Tom only wants criminals to have guns.
