Evo 8 fuse diagram

I do not think so. I do not hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn the ignition. I looked under the hood and the diagram that is on the back of the cover (the little pictures that are associated with each location on the fuse/relay) shows nothing about fuel or anything like that. Unless I am mis-reading it...

I need to figure out how to test my connection. I am assuming that I have no power to the fuel pump. Anyone got any directions on how to test something like that? I was thinking one of those little things that you put close to a plug socket in your house and it beeps if it has power to it??
