Nope. By law you can take the car where ever you wanted to have repaired and as long as the shop charges are within industry standard there is nothing the insurance can do about it. State Farm had to send out an adjuster since they don't accept the quote prepared by a non-State Farm affiliated shop. Things will get worked out though, they're obviously in agreement with the big stuff and most the little things, just a few other little things need to be forced through
Reasons like this are exactly why I don't use affiliated shops or things like Progressive's concierge service. Shortcuts are guaranteed to be taken and the work will generally be of a much lower quality.
