As far as keeping up with me.. you bested a 32.199.... I think Rachael in the Mini did a better job of keeping up with you at 32.471!!

My last run of the day was a 31.3 on the clock...?? Ya, this car was a very interesting ride, one of the instructors rode with and said she was holding her breath for have the time or more. It certainly was fun though!
You were looking super fast in the Evo!! Nice driving!

How many cones did you kill though? Don't forget to add 2 seconds for each one.

Re: Cone Dodging = good fun!
32.1 is pretty good for a DSM, last year was a downpour, and I ran a 32.2 clean, 32.0 with multiple cones and multiple times sideways in the 2G. I think Asshanson ran a 31.8, and his car was pretty much a full SM build.
I'm looking forward to see how much you guys improve over this season, for those that're going to continue.

Ya, but the time on the clock still shows up on the paper dosnt it? Or did that not show up at all? I dont have excel so I cant look at the times.
My car might be a bit more SM than Asshanson's

I dont think runs can be really compared year to year. The fastest run put down all day including instructors was in the 28/29's.... and hughes said the evo's were in the 29's when he did it. I know the course is the "same" from year to year, but im sure its a little different here and there.

Nice work if you did run that! Just looking at the time sheet your fastest time listed was the 32.199 and that was with no cones.

There was one Evo in the 29's, me Matt was faster than 29's, but that's it for sub-30 second runs besides for instructors as far as I recall. Either way, the Novice School is about having fun and learning to be a better driver! Plenty of MOWOGs and Test & Tune events for racing. I hope you all get out and do it more.
Did the instructors have any of their full auto-x prepped cars out?

Re: Cone Dodging = good fun!
Sounds awesome! I'd like to get a ride with Ryan sometime; he really man-handles that 3/S.

Re: Cone Dodging = good fun!
Great to see you guys had a blast and ended up being pretty quick! Especially Anna!
Instructor cars: one of the Seven was a replica the other (yellow) was an original.
I had 2-3 runs in at 29.5 and one or two into the higher 29's. Andres's MR2 was FTD of the instructors in at a mid to upper 28's, a bunch of diffrent people drove it.

You didn't let anyone down, you drove extremely well for never having done this sort of thing. No matter how well my car is set up you still had to drive it.

It was also fun to get the ride alongs with some of the instructors. Also let them take my car out for a couple runs, to which they agreed that I have a dsm which drives extremely loose. fun times for sure!
Any pics of my car?

Agreed, you have a better suspension and MUCH better turbo than me (for autox). I doubt you can really compare times between years, sure the course is similar but a couple slight changes could add a second or two.
