Pretty sure a buddy got screwed by a speeding tree once. He got pulled over while following me. I was doing 49mph in a 40.. Yeah, I know thats speeding, but they said he was going some 68mph... If you think speeding tickets are to increase safety, you are naive.

I would love to see results of a Crash at 35 mph, and the difference of the same crash at 45. Same goes for 60 mph vs 70. I would be surprised to see much of a difference at all.
