Not yet, this just happened Kracka, however that was something I wanted to do because I know that the apartment manager will do nothing about it.
I personally haven't taken any pictures although I should, the officer did take about 4 different pictures of my injury. There possibly was a witness but I'm not sure if he could see what happened from the angle he was at.
The funny part about witnesses is that the cop kept saying there was no witnesses so just give it up. I said there could of been I know the apartment he would of been in if he would of seen it. He responds to me with, well I don't see him out here so I don't care.
