I noticed the odometer stated 95k miles on it, i have ran a carfax report:

* 10/03/2002
* 186,550 Miles
* Nevada Inspection Station, Las Vegas, NV
* Passed emissions inspection

But anyways, depending on what the two problems are, and how easily it is to fix.. i am down.
