Well it's 90* off right now. When you put it back to normal it could be 180* off, or correct. I'd make sure the notch is lined up correct with #1 tdc.

Looking at the picture, it seems the top has to rotate towards the front of the car? Based on this, it looks like the notch should point to the back of the car with #1 tdc. Shouldn't take long to verify if it's lined up right.

Yeah, it needs to come towards the front of the car. I do need to look over the plug wires once. They were correct when I dropped the car off, that doesn't mean shit though.
