When the hell do you have to take off the exhaust to change your oil!?!? Geezus dude. If there was a clearance problem, maybe show us a pic of that so we can understand the point of this?

Crazy shit indeed. Walmart parts on your car, sweeeet.

I get it though. How about pics of where you attached the remote mount and how it's working for ya? If you installed the oil feed line properly, wouldn't you be getting clean oil to your turbo anyways?

No.

The DSM oil filter housing can feed to the turbo, BUT the clean, filtered oil goes straight back into the block, there is no easy way of getting clean filtered oil from the housing to the turbo.

Stock low pressure oil feed line from the head to the turbo is filtered.

So, now that I learned my lesson, I will never have a turbo on my car without knowing the oil is filtered.

For most people this will never be an issue, the reason that my engine failed is still very strange, but if i ever experience an engine failure again, I don't want to be picking up the tab to fix my turbo too
