what front upper mount are you using? if you went with GC and still haven't installed them, you should seriously consider returning them and getting pillow-ball mounts from RRE. When turning with the suspension lowered/compressed at all there is side load on the shock shaft which over time can kill the seals from wear on the shaft. You need a front upper mount that allows the shock shaft to move to different angles rather than just straight up. I've gone through one Koni already and you can clearly see the wear on the shock shaft. With GC upper mounts you are essentially trying to bend the shock shaft to the side when lowered and turning
