Did you check the alternator fuse in the engine bay itself; I believe its a 80amp on a 90. Either way the problems you are having sound a lot like that. That fuse will make your car do crazy things. The only other thing I can think of is if your alternator voltage regulator went inside then it could have cooked numerous things possibly. Its hard to tell.
