Re: Goodbye

We did not go to the Mystery Spot, but we did pass by it. We slept in Sat morning, played some mini-golf, she bought me ice cream since I won, we walked around a bit looking at touristy stuff, headed out early afternoon, crossed the bridge, took 134 east to Drummond Island which the S took the ferry to, drove around the island for a bit, stopped at some local bar for lunch, took the ferry back, and followed the shoreline north up to Canada. It was a full day, we arrived at our hotel sometime after 5pm.

Re: Goodbye

I've started planning my next road trip...I'm doing the Lake Michigan Circle Tour in June. It should be fun! I'm estimating about 1600 miles in 5 days/4 nights. I will be skipping IL/IN and taking a ferry from Milwaukee,WI to Muskegon, MI.

Nice. Last week I was reading a story on another forum of a couple that did the Lake Superior/Lake Michigan circle on motorcycles

Re: Goodbye

We're leaving tomorrow morning at 5:30am to do the Lake Michigan Circle Tour! We're taking the WRX this year; Janelle wanted to do that since we took my car last summer.

General route which we probably won't follow exactly: http://tinyurl.com/5c6jeg
