Its more like a Subaru now, anything more then very basic bolt-ons and/or a flash and the you need to upgrade everything. I think it looks nice and should work out for mitsu in the long run.

How do you know that? The turbo has a much larger hot side and the compressor is slightly smaller diameter, but is supposed to flow more. I am thinking they kept the power levels on the low side until they figure out how durable the engine is. It is a semi closed deck though, so that is nice. I am curious to see how much boost it is running stock. I bet it is lower than the IX's.

I am not sure, I think the automotive industry will be looking at ways to over engineer cars less and less, that way it costs them less, thats all I am getting at.
