Ferrari pics & vids

Here's some pics and vids from Ferrari day at NPR (No Problem Raceway) here in Louisiana. It's a recently built raceway with a very nice 1/4 mile strip and road course. It's about 30-40 minutes from where I live. They hosted a Ferrari event and had quite a big turn out. I didn't get to go because of work.

Enjoy.

Yeah, that SRT-4 belonged to the guy that sponsored the event.

On the 2004's they jacked the base price up a grand and also changed up the color choices a bit. Now the color choices are Flame Red, Black, Bright Silver Metallic, and Electric Blue. I just priced one and with every option excluding any Mopar accessories she came to $22,030.00.

Did the 03's only come in yellow cause I have only seen yello in person. I know there is one local that is yellow and has 3k for $19,000 at a dealer. When I was looking at one in person all I have to say is they are very cool looking. I can't believe I would ever call a neon cool. If I got one I wouldn't call it a neon but a srt-4. I would probably take everything off of it that said neon as well.... I get excited about them until I say the word neon.... It is kinda a let down.

Yeah, if my schedule ever permits it. If between work, the band, the fiance' and life ever alows it :P . That's where I went the 12.17 @ 115.4 earlier in the year. I tried to run it a couple of months ago at the ImportShowdown where I lost the car show. It started raining around 11:00am and never really stopped.

Some nice Ferraris there.......

Reminds me of the Wheels of Italy show they had by Lake Calhoun a couple months ago. I took a bunch of pics at:
http://www.mn3s.org/wheels-of-italy/

If they have this show next year, I'll let everyone know when it comes up. It was pretty cool.....

later,
Curt

The SRT-4's got some nice upgrades for that $1000 increases MSRP. They now come stock with what used to be the "stage 1 engine mods" which include larger injectors and I believe you get a bit more boost. Also, you get a LSD standard now.
