Re: who works out regularly?
I've been going regularly for 21 years now. I've changed my routine through the years depending on what my goal was. Now that I'm feeling the effects of age and probably too much benching, I go twice a week and switch between chest/shoulders/arms and back/legs/arms with abs every time and light cardio when I have the time. I used to max bench almost every time, now I don't bench at all, just flys, incline and decline on nautilus type machines. I do very little legs because I've never cared about that, and I work my arms twice a week because that's what I value most.
The biggest thing is the long haul, many people take all kinds of crap and do the latest craze, then fade out after 3 months. The trick is to stay with it and make it part of your life. The benefits are many.
