Anyone have anything to say on whether or not 850's will run efficently with this turbo and e85

I bought the 850's planning to do e85
on a e3 16G, as well as buying the Bullseye hotside for ~$210.
Well that would be 550+210=760. When this 18g runs around 699.00. I guess I'll get to reading, but was wondering if anyone thinks I should up the anny in the injector department?
