Should the dealer pay for tow?

Just a funny side note. The recall was done in 98. Their main reason for saying it wasn't going to be the recall was the main tranny tech said it's almost always the case that the seals go bad within the first week or two and that's when the transfer case gets damaged. Since it was done in 98 that's obviously longer than the usual 2 weeks to failure. I was sitting there thinking the whole time 'if that's the case why did it have to be done in 98 on my 91 talon?' No logic at all.
